Organizations, members and roles
Organization settings always applies to the organization selected at the top of the sidebar. Create more organizations with New organization in the organization selector, for example to keep a client's demos, members and plan separate.

Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, ownership changes and deleting the organization. |
| Administrator | Everything except billing and deletion: demos, demo hubs, training courses, members and invitations (except owners), branding, custom domain and integrations. Approve reviews. |
| Editor | Create, edit, translate, narrate, record and publish demos; use AI; request reviews; grade quiz answers. |
| Viewer | View demos, analytics and members, and comment. Cannot change demos or use AI. |
Give people the lowest role that lets them work: editors can publish but cannot change members, branding or billing. People who operate the platform do not gain access to your organization's private demos through their platform role.
Invite members
Owners and admins. Create invitation under Members & invitations sends an email with a link valid for 7 days. Only owners can invite administrators.
- The invitation can only be accepted with the invited email address.
- Pending invitations count toward your plan's user limit. Revoke unused ones to free the seat; Resend invitation renews the link without using another seat.
- Copy invitation link lets you send the link yourself when email is unavailable.
Change roles and remove members
A role change takes effect immediately, and the app explains what the new role allows before you confirm. A role change also disconnects that member's browser recorder. Remove takes a member out of the organization; their account remains, and the demos they created stay in the organization.
An organization always keeps at least one owner. To transfer ownership, promote another member to Owner first, then change or remove the previous owner.
Delete an organization
Owners. Delete organization permanently removes the organization, all its demos and their published links, and the other data it holds. Member accounts are kept. Active subscriptions and pending checkouts must be resolved first.
