Account settings

Settings in the sidebar holds your personal account options. The AI and browser recorder sections apply to the organization selected in the sidebar.

Account & sign-in

  • Change password takes effect only after you confirm it from the email you receive, and disconnects your browser recorder. Accounts created with Google can Set a password the same way, to have a second sign-in method.
  • Link Google account and Link Microsoft account work with the account that uses the same email address.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) links your account to an organization's identity provider. See Single sign-on.

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face recognition or PIN, or with a password manager, without typing a password. Adding and removing a passkey asks for your current password, and passkeys need a secure (HTTPS) connection. Name each passkey after its device, so you know which one to remove when you replace a phone or laptop.

AI text, translation & voiceovers

This section shows how AI is funded for the selected organization:

  • On hosted plans, generation counts toward the organization's monthly AI usage. See Billing.
  • On plans that allow personal keys, enter your own OpenAI API key and, optionally, an ElevenLabs API key and ElevenLabs voice. Keys are encrypted on the server and never shown again; leave the field blank to keep the current key. Provider charges then go to your own account.

Where allowed, you can also choose the Text generation and translation model and the Voice model.

Browser recorder

Install and pair the extension; see Browser recorder. Generate pairing token revokes earlier tokens, and Revoke extension access disconnects every paired browser, for example after losing a laptop. It is unavailable while no browser is paired with the selected organization.

Language & appearance

The Interface language and Appearance (System, Light or Dark) are saved to your account and follow you to every browser and device you sign in on; a choice made while signed out stays in that browser. The interface language also sets the player controls you see in previews; it never translates a demo.
