Accounts and sign-in

Create an account​

Passwords need at least 10 characters. After signing up, open the verification email in the same browser you signed up in. A new account starts with a free trial of a paid plan when one is offered, without a credit card; see Plans and billing. Accounts receive occasional product emails, such as tips during the trial; each one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account.

Verify your email

Until your email address is verified, your account keeps guest limits: you cannot create organizations, invite or join members, add passkeys, subscribe or use AI. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then use Resend verification email.

Sign in​

  • Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft work for the account with the same email address. If you already have a password account, link Google or Microsoft in Settings first. A work or school Microsoft account is accepted only when your company's domain is verified in Microsoft Entra; otherwise sign in with your email.
  • Sign in with a passkey needs a passkey you added in Settings.
  • Email me a sign-in link sends a one-time link that works only in the browser where you requested it.
  • Continue with SSO appears when an organization uses single sign-on.

Recover your password​

Forgot password? emails a reset link. For your security, the page never confirms whether an account exists for an address. Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices and disconnects your browser recorder; pair it again afterwards.

Try a guest workspace​

If your installation allows it, Try a guest workspace lets you explore the editor without registering. The workspace lives in the current browser, holds a limited number of demos and storage, and is removed after a period without use. AI, team features and billing need a registered account.

To keep your work, choose Keep my work in the same browser: your demos move into the new account. Leave guest workspace ends access to the guest demos for good.

Accept an invitation​

Invitation links are valid for seven days. Sign in or create an account with the email address the invitation was sent to; another address cannot accept it. The organization then appears in the organization selector. If the link expired, ask the person who invited you to Resend invitation.
