Notifications

Owners and admins with a verified email. Organization settings → Notifications chooses the alerts for the whole organization.

Email​

  • A recipient opens their link for the first time and A recipient finishes the demo go to owners and administrators, whichever member created the recipient link.
  • A viewer leaves their contact details goes to owners and administrators, with the contact as reply address.

Each recipient link alerts once per event: later opens and repeat completions only update Analytics. Alerts are written in the organization's branding language.

Slack or Microsoft Teams​

Paid plans. Paste an incoming webhook address to post alerts in a channel:

  • Slack: add the Incoming Webhooks app to the channel and copy its address (https://hooks.slack.com/…).
  • Microsoft Teams: in the channel, create a workflow from the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received and copy its address.

Other addresses are refused; use the lead webhook for other tools. The address is stored encrypted and not shown again, so paste a new one to change it. Send a test posts once and reports whether the channel accepted it. A post that fails is retried after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours. Disconnect channel removes the address and cancels alerts still waiting for it.
