Audit log

Owners and admins. The audit log lists changes made in the organization, newest first, with who made them.

Step by step

  1. Open Audit log in Organization settings.
  2. Search by email address or by the title of a demo, demo hub or course.
  3. Narrow the list with Area and Period, and sort by When, Who or Change.
  4. Select Export CSV to download the entries that the search and filters show, with the stored details of each change.

What the log records

The log records, among others:

  • publishing, unpublishing, moving to trash, restoring and permanently deleting demos, changes to their access protection, and review rules, approvals and change requests;
  • recipient links created and removed, including links that an automation creates;
  • demo hubs and training courses created, saved, published and deleted, and course assignments, cohorts, certificates and grading;
  • members' roles (naming the member by email), invitations, branding, the learner portal, the pronunciation dictionary and the language defaults;
  • integration credentials created and revoked, and automation connections added, changed, given a new secret or removed;
  • single sign-on, Google Workspace and cloned voices.

Edits to a draft are not logged; version history keeps the draft of each publication. Automatic marks changes the service made on its own, such as certificates issued by a rule. Deleted account marks a member whose account no longer exists.

Changes that the platform's operators make to your organization, such as plan changes, are not shown here. Entries recorded before the audit log existed appear when the change could be traced to the organization.
