Plans and billing

Plans, AI usage and billing history belong to the selected organization, not to your account. Only owners can change the plan or pay; other members can see the usage. If you cannot see the billing controls, ask an owner of the organization.

Free trial​

New accounts start a free trial of a paid plan when one is offered. No credit card is required, and nothing is charged automatically.

  • The trial includes a one-time AI allowance that does not renew.
  • When the trial ends, your workspace, demos and published links stay available. AI features pause and free-tier limits apply until you subscribe.
  • Subscribe now starts paid access immediately, before or after the trial ends.

Plans​

Plans differ in users, monthly AI usage, quizzes and training, custom domains, recipient links and alerts, single sign-on, directory sync and removal of promotional branding; Available plans compares them. Enterprise plans are arranged by agreement (Contact us). Some installations also use plans assigned by the platform administrator, such as Self Hosted (uses your own AI provider keys) or Complimentary.

The member limit counts owners and pending invitations, but not demo viewers or training learners. When an organization is over its limit, for example after a plan change, existing members keep access but nobody new can be invited.

Monthly or yearly​

Choose Monthly or Yearly before subscribing. A yearly subscription costs ten monthly prices and is paid upfront; its AI allowance still resets every month. Checkout asks for the billing address and accepts a VAT or tax number and promotion codes, which then appear on your invoices.

AI usage​

AI request usage shows how much of the organization's allowance is used this month and when it Resets.

AI usage is consumed by writing step text, recording with the website and browser recorders, transcribing camera explanations, translating, generating voiceovers and generating quizzes. Draft saves, previews and reused voiceovers do not count. Monthly allowances do not accumulate, so unused usage is lost at the reset.

Translations and voiceovers multiply with the number of languages and steps: translating a 40-step demo into five languages, then generating voiceovers for each, uses far more than writing its text once. Generate voiceovers after the text is final to avoid paying twice.

Increase usage​

Owners with an active paid subscription. Increase Usage buys additional AI usage. Unlike the monthly allowance, it carries over and is used only after the monthly allowance runs out. If confirmation is delayed, Check payment looks again; Resume checkout continues an unfinished purchase.

On Free plans, the included usage is shared across all Free organizations you own.

Manage your subscription​

Manage subscription opens the billing portal, where owners update the payment method, see the current price and cancel. To switch to another plan, the current subscription must end first.

Invoices & payments​

Invoices & payments lists the invoice for every subscription payment and AI usage purchase. Each invoice opens as a PDF or on Stripe's invoice page, which also offers the payment receipt.
