1. Provider and scope
Demo-Creator is provided by ABIT Technology, Adrian Shajkofci (CHE-233.067.408), Rue des Champs du Bourg 28, 1920 Martigny, Switzerland (info@abittechnology.com). These terms apply to the Demo-Creator website, hosted service, accounts, browser recording tools, and public demo pages. A separate written agreement takes precedence where it expressly covers the same subject.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization owners and administrators control invitations, roles, and billing for their organization. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Using the service
You may use Demo-Creator to create, edit, publish, and share product demonstrations in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must not upload material you lack the right to use, expose private or sensitive information without authorization, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing and masking any sensitive information in recordings and screenshots before publication.
4. Your content and public demos
You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver it to provide Demo-Creator and the features you choose. Drafts are private to authorized workspace members; publishing makes the selected demo snapshot available through its public link or embed until you unpublish it. Anyone with access to a public link or embed may view and share it. You are responsible for the content and for obtaining any required permissions.
5. AI features
Optional AI features may generate translations, narration, or text from content you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; review it before publishing or relying on it. Use of hosted AI features counts toward the monthly usage shown in Billing. Where you configure your own AI provider, that provider’s terms and charges also apply.
6. Plans, payment, and cancellation
The applicable plan, price, billing interval, included AI usage, and any additional charges are shown before you confirm a purchase. Paid subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period until canceled through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features may continue until the current paid period ends. Additional AI usage and monthly allowances follow the usage rules shown in the product. Refunds, taxes, and mandatory cancellation rights are handled under applicable law and the checkout terms shown at purchase.
7. Changes and availability
We may maintain, update, or change Demo-Creator to improve the service, security, or compliance. We aim to keep it available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or unpaid charges, and will provide notice where practicable.
8. Personal data
We process personal data to operate accounts and provide the service in accordance with applicable data protection law. You remain responsible for deciding what personal data to include in your demos and for having a lawful basis to share it. Contact info@abittechnology.com with privacy questions or requests.
9. Our intellectual property
Demo-Creator, its software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors’. These terms give you a limited right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership of the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where permitted by law or a separate written agreement.
10. Ending use of the service
You may stop using the service and request account or organization deletion through the available controls or by contacting us. Before deletion, export any content you need to keep. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping; public demos cease to be available when unpublished or deleted.
11. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Keep your own copies of important content.
12. Governing law and changes to these terms
Swiss law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
