Nothing is deleted. Your workspace, demos and published links stay available, and you can keep editing and sharing. AI features pause and free-tier limits apply until you subscribe. No card is needed for the trial, so you are never charged automatically.

AI translation, narration and other AI-assisted generation use your organization’s allowance. Editing text or changing settings does not. Reusing saved narration uses no additional allowance. Eligible organization owners can buy more usage from Billing; trial organizations must subscribe first.

Unrestricted published demos open without a workspace account or extension. You can add a password, an expiry date, or allowed email addresses and domains. Viewers restricted by email verify their address through a one-time link.

The organization owner manages plans, subscriptions and invoices from Billing. Paid subscriptions renew monthly. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect; paid features remain available until the subscription ends, then Free limits apply.
